Andy Lutz

As a Principal, Andy assists with FCA’s deal sourcing, analysis, and due diligence efforts. He also engages with portfolio companies by providing operational advice, and assistance with strategic and financial initiatives. Andy joined FCA in 2024.

Prior to joining FCA, Andy was Vice President of Corporate Development at Premier, a publicly traded healthcare services and technology company. At Premier, he developed and executed corporate strategy associated with mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships. Prior to Premier, Andy worked in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities.

Andy received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from UNC’s Kenan Flagler Business School.
